Counseling

We all encounter struggle, loss, conflict, and challenge at some point in our lives.  We can feel quite alone as we face these experiences.

Counseling can help you get back on track . . .  or help you discover a new path on your journey.

For individuals, we provide a safe space to explore feelings and learn new skills so that you start connecting with your own innate strengths.  For couples, we help you learn how to grow together so that you can claim the intimacy that you crave.

Issues that we can help you with include:

  • Bereavement
  • Low self esteem
  • Distorted body image
  • Transitions due to divorce, move, career change, aging, travel, sickness
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • 12 step work
  • Self compassion and self love
  • Communication skills
  • Intimacy
  • Personal development
  • Spirituality
  • Stress management
  • Finding Joy

We use a variety of mind, body, spirit techniques from a range of backgrounds to help you feel better . . .  fast.

There is hope.
